Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Canada & Australia for a Senior Technical Specialist. The Senior Technical Specialist will offer advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and assist customers in resolving their concerns promptly and effectively. Responsibilities also include analyzing problems, providing detailed solutions, collaborating with internal teams for escalations, and ensuring efficient service delivery to uphold customer satisfaction and success.
