Over 10+ years of experience as a Sr. Scrum Master leading successful full cycle delivery and integrations from scratch

Must have a strong coaching background – biggest need will be getting this team on track

Must come from an Enterprise level background

Must have experience coaching and delivering Agile methodology

Strong vendor background – able to manage the work and hold people accountable across multiple teams to best deliver project efficiency

Need someone who has dealt with UNORGANIZED teams and someone who can pick up fallen pieces and make a GREAT TEAM

MUST HAVE BE STRONG COMMUNICATORwith great personality (exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives – hold people accountable to drive projects forward

Our Client is looking to bring on an Offshore Remote Sr. Technical Scrum Master that will be involved in leading, coaching, and delivering high level projects within the App Dev, Loyalty, Product, Software space. This person must come from a high-level background successfully completing full cycle delivery of projects and integrations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will come from an Enterprise level background that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get in the weeds. This person must have strong communication and the ability to work with many different teams within business, IT, and development. This person will be a leader and able to drive projects forward, holding the right people accountable for project efficiency.
