Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle, specifically in Technology hiring, preferably with a start-up, e-commerce, or product organization. - Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. - Demonstrated experience in leading technology hiring for a business unit and working closely with leadership stakeholders. - Ability to maintain high standards for candidate experience and interview processes. - Skilled in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, offer negotiation, and influencing management decision-making. - Proficient in Ms-Excel, data understanding, and creating dashboards & reports.
