Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Milestone Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various technology-driven projects within the organization. Your role will require a strong technical expertise combined with exceptional project management skills to ensure effective planning, implementation, and successful completion of complex projects within specified timelines and budgets. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile principles and processes. - Utilize project management tools effectively to ensure seamless project execution. - Hands-on experience in JIRA configurations and Dashboard creation for executive reporting. - Monitor and evaluate project progress, taking proactive measures to keep projects on track. - Foster a collaborative environment among teams to enhance productivity. - Deliver projects consistently within estimated timelines and profitability. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead large teams efficiently. - Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders for technical feasibility. - Efficiently manage and allocate project resources. - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. - Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Report and escalate project status to management as required. - Manage client relationships and engage with stakeholders effectively. - Proficient in risk management to identify, assess, mitigate, communicate, and proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals. - Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. - Develop detailed project plans to share with clients and team members. - Ensure adherence to customer milestones. - Ability to quickly learn new technologies, software, and concepts. - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs. - Perform any other related duties as assigned. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - PMP, CSM, SAFe, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.,
