Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Technology Head / Technical Project Manager with over 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading complex, large-scale technology initiatives. Your strong technical foundation in Java, Spring, Microservices, Cloud (preferably AWS), Dockers, and Kubernetes will be crucial for driving technical strategy and successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications. - Oversee multiple projects and teams working on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native development. - Drive cloud adoption and manage infrastructure using AWS, Dockers, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology vision, roadmap, and execution strategies. - Align technical strategy with business objectives to deliver long-term scalable solutions. - Build and lead high-performing technical teams; mentor team members and support professional development. - Implement best practices in software development, cloud infrastructure, security, and agile methodologies. - Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, risk assessment, and delivery milestones. - Ensure high code quality, scalability, and adherence to architectural and security standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, with significant experience in technical leadership roles. - Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), JPA, Hibernate. - Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API design. - Proven expertise in cloud platforms, especially AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment strategies. - Solid background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project delivery. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams, multiple concurrent projects, and strategic initiatives. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe) are preferred. Preferred Skills: - Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecture (Azure/GCP). - Familiarity with modern tools for monitoring, observability (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana). - Exposure to enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, or serverless architecture. - Knowledge of emerging tech like AI/ML, Big Data, or Blockchain is a plus.
