Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end program delivery of Company's application for enterprise clients, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
Oversee new product development specific to the client, working closely with engineering and product teams.
Facilitate Agile execution, balancing product innovation with large-scale deployment goals.
Own client communication, executive reporting, and escalation management to align stakeholders.
Drive integration efforts, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and the clients ecosystem.
Adapt to dynamic challenges with a high degree of emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability.

Preferred candidate profile

8+ years of experience in
technical program management
, client delivery, or enterprise software integration.
Proven client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills.
Strong background in
Agile, SAFe, software integration, and cloud platforms
.
Experience with
IoT, sensors, edge computing, and RFID.
Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones as needed.
