Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver monthly Windows updates with high quality.
- Define, track, and report on the execution of the key priorities
- Identify and mitigate project risks & dependencies proactively.
- Foster effective partnerships with teams across the company with focus on common goals.
- Manage priorities for engineering team based on a deep understanding of the broader Windows ecosystem and customer scenarios.
- Align stakeholder’s expectations and manage status communication.
- Engage with customers and use data to influence and drive decisions.
Qualifications
Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Technical aptitude and customer obsession with a bias towards action
- Proven track record of going technically deep and delivering cloud-scale technologies.
- Flexibility to learn and apply learning to improve business outcomes, positive impact for the team and self.
- Stakeholder management along with great communications skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in building and presenting business case around a given problem would be a plus
- End-to-end program management for Windows Server, AD-related initiatives, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Technical knowledge in the below area will be add on
- Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 or more years of technical program/product management experience.
