Role & responsibilities Lead Talent Advisor role We're looking for a lead tech recruiter for a Technology driven MNC in Gurugram, with 8-10 years of experience in hiring bar-raising tech talent, to directly manage senior-level Product and Engineering recruitment, oversee recruitment operations in India, and build a talent community of bar-raising tech talent. Candidate shall be responsible for managing hiring across all levels based out of Gurgaon office and working directly with senior business leaders. Responsible for stakeholder management and updating the leaders weekly/monthly on hiring progress/pipeline funnels/dashboards.
