Senior Technical Product Manager

This position serves as a bridge between the business and IT teams, transforming business needs into Agile tasks. The Senior Technical Product Manager will collaborate with various teams to determine technical requirements, remove obstacles, set deadlines, and deliver excellent results. The ideal candidate will foster solid relationships across teams, build trust and credibility, and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, influence, collaboration, and listening abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Enterprise Self-Service product
• Understand the what & why of User Stories & Features and their impact on Operational Key Results and Customers
• Document and communicate business requirements, including writing detailed Features with User Stories and defining Acceptance Criteria
• Work with stakeholders and business partners to gather, analyze and define business requirements
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Provide feature demonstrations to stakeholders and business partners
• Manage product backlog and prioritize trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, and technical limitations
• Translate customer insights into actionable tasks
• Partner with engineering teams to create requirements and user stories
• Support integration testing and automation practices

• Lead cross-functional meetings and influence capability outcomes positively

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst related to product development and Agile delivery
• 3+ years of experience working with stakeholders and partners gathering requirements and leading projects
• 3+ years of experience writing detailed User Stories and defining Acceptance Criteria
• AI literacy, adaptability, and ethical awareness

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner
• Experience with GenAI Employee Productivity capabilities/products
• Experience within healthcare industry
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
