Job Description

As a Technical Product Lead / Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the roadmap for our DevSecOps, observability, and Agentic AI initiatives. Your responsibilities will include translating strategic and product goals into a clear, prioritized plan, gathering and analyzing requirements, and documenting end-to-end workflows. - Research emerging technologies like Agentic AI and author white papers - Develop proposals and business cases to secure budget and executive buy-in - Conduct market and competitive analysis and present insights to leadership teams - Project and stakeholder management including planning sprints, tracking milestones, and driving consensus across teams To excel in this position, you must have: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - At least 5 years of experience in a technical product-lead role - Expertise in at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD - Understanding of observability principles using tools such as Prometheus, ELK/EFK, Datadog - Familiarity with DevSecOps principles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills - Agile mindset for running ceremonies and writing clear user stories Nice-to-have qualifications include: - Technical certifications in Cloud, DevOps, etc. - Experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI By leveraging your Cloud, DevOps, and technical presentation skills, you will contribute significantly to the success of our initiatives and projects.,
