Job Description

In this role as a Technical Product Lead / Business Systems Analyst, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing the strategies for DevSecOps, observability, and Agentic AI projects. Your tasks will involve translating strategic objectives into a prioritized plan, gathering requirements, and documenting workflows effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Research and evaluate emerging technologies like Agentic AI - Write white papers, develop proposals, and create business cases to secure budget and executive support - Conduct market analysis, track industry trends, and present insights to leadership, Product, and Engineering teams - Manage projects and stakeholders by planning sprints, monitoring milestones, and fostering collaboration across teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical product leadership role - Expertise in a public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and observability tools (Prometheus, ELK/EFK, Datadog) - Understanding of DevSecOps principles - Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills - Agile mindset for conducting ceremonies and crafting user stories effectively Additionally, any technical certifications in Cloud, DevOps, and experience with LLMs and Agentic AI would be beneficial. Your proficiency in Cloud, DevOps, and technical presentation skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and initiatives.,
