Job Description

As a Technical Product Lead / Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the roadmap for our DevSecOps, observability, and Agentic AI initiatives. Your responsibilities will include translating strategic and product goals into a clear, prioritized plan, gathering and analyzing requirements, and documenting end-to-end workflows. You will be tasked with researching emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, authoring white papers, and developing proposals and business cases that secure budget and executive buy-in. Additionally, you will conduct market and competitive analysis, track industry trends, and present insights and recommendations to the leadership team, Product, and Engineering teams. Your role will also involve project and stakeholder management, including planning sprints, tracking milestones, reporting statuses, and driving consensus across cross-functional teams. To excel in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, possess at least 5 years of experience in a technical product-lead role, and have expertise in at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD, an understanding of observability principles using tools such as Prometheus, ELK/EFK, Datadog, and DevSecOps principles are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills, as well as an Agile mindset for running ceremonies and writing clear user stories, are key requirements for this role. Nice-to-have qualifications include any technical certifications in Cloud, DevOps, etc., and experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI. By leveraging your Cloud, DevOps, and technical presentation skills, you will contribute significantly to the success of our initiatives and projects.,
