Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Technical Lead - QA (LTE/5G RAN) at Parallel Wireless. The primary responsibilities include leading the quality assurance efforts for LTE and 5G RAN systems, ensuring comprehensive test planning, execution, and reporting. The role involves mentoring junior QA engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvements in QA processes. This role is based in Bengaluru with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in LTE and 5G RAN technologies
• Proven expertise in quality assurance methodologies, test planning, and execution
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Capability to lead and mentor a team of junior QA engineers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote work
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is a plus
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python is beneficial
