Job Summary
As a Senior Technical lead specializing in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, expertise, and guidance in the development and implementation of web projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable web solutions. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using html, css, javascript, and aem2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables4. Perform code reviews, identify technical risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to maintain project momentum6. Stay updated on the latest web development trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvementSkill Requirements
1. Proficiency in html, css for designing and styling web pages2. Strong experience in web development using javascript for client side scripting and interactivity3. Expertise in adobe experience manager (aem) for web content management and delivery4. Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and frameworks5. Familiarity with version control systems like git for code management6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment7. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a technical team
