This role is based in India and requires occasional travel for customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and live site deployments . What you'll do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer trials, PoCs, and live deployments when required. Analyze cellular system issues reported from internal labs or observed in the field by customers. Ensure the product conformance to the Technology Specifications (Open RAN, 3GPP). Contribute to reviewing the design of new radio cellular features (e.g., rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation). Challenge the implemented solutions and suggest improvements. Take ownership of features from early Proof of Concept through software implementation and release to customers.
