Senior Technical Lead

Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer We are looking to hire a hands-on experienced technical lead/senior software engineer to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery. The technical lead will facilitate requirement analysis, conduct peer reviews, and implement design solutions. Demonstration of sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills are expected as part of the work profile. Should have good analytical/technical skills to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions and excellent teamwork skills. Hands on coding experience is a must. Profile Responsibilities: Performing requirement analysis. Developing high quality detailed designs. Conducting unit testing and using automated test frameworks. Review the work of other developers and providing feedback. Work with the pre-sales team to come up with architecture details based on customer requirements/needs Work with the team to review and improve the performance of the code. Mentoring developers to discuss and implement solutions. Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise. Server deployment and knowledge of CI/CD. Knowledge in web services (RESTful APIs), Software integrations is preferred. Experience working with technologies like JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB is mandatory. Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering. Experience of 7-12 years in IT services and products. In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, web, and mobile applications. Sound programming fundamentals and technical expertise. Good understanding of unit testing methodologies. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to solve complex problems and issues. Sound database concepts. Technical Skills: Python, Django, Web sockets, Postgres, Microservices, Message queuing, Stored Procedures, Design Patterns, Angular, VueJs, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, CodeIgniter, Laravel.
