Senior Technical Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Generate and manage

  leads for construction projects

  (residential, commercial, turnkey, etc.)
• Conduct

  initial client meetings

  to understand requirements and project scope
• Coordinate with

  team

  for BOQs, estimates, and proposals
• Present

  company profile, capabilities, and project solutions

  to clients
• Follow up on proposals and support

  price negotiations and closures

• Maintain

  CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow-up schedules

• Build and maintain strong

  client, broker, and consultant relationships

• Coordinate smooth

  handover from pre-sales to Post Sales Team.

• Achieve assigned

  revenue and conversion targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong

  business development and client-handling skills

• Understanding of

  construction processes, costing, and timelines

• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a

  target-driven environment

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting

• Strong coordination skills with technical and execution teams.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• Engineering background is an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum

  3+ years of experience in construction business development / pre-sales

• Proven experience in

  lead conversion and client acquisition

• Proposal follow-up and closure cycle time
• Client satisfaction and repeat business
