Educational Qualification

Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

Experience and Age Criteria

• At least 8+ years of experience with Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of most recent experience in technical project / program management, delivering large projects / programs end-to-end and team management.
• Experience in Banking and Finance Domain will be an added advantage
• 30-45 Years of Age

Job Profile

• Required to carry out full stack development of web-based applications and work as part of a team.
• Ability to define and measure key success criteria of project in consultation with Business teams
• Provide direction for the development, design, and systems integration for projects/program(s) from definition phase through implementation.
• Contribute to design and establishment of requirements, apply significant knowledge of industry trends, recognize system deficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
• Should be able to handle projects and development tasks independently.
• Developer should be able to cater to user experience & functionality, handling all the tiers of the architecture.
• Should be aware of best practices of J2EE development and OWASP security standards required for development. Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are often high-volume and low latency, required for production systems, requiring high availability and performance.
• Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Create and implement plan for quality assurance at multiple stages of project lifecycle
• Ensure close monitoring of Projects Schedule, Budget and take corrective actions as required
• Review all work produced by development team, ensure code produced meets security standards
• Conduct regular status meetings with all necessary stakeholders, own the development lifecycle
• Status Reporting & Presentations to leadership and external stakeholders
• Ensuring culture of continuous learning is created where self and team members are versatile in picking up new technologies in short cycles.

• Strong technical orientation in all aspects of development including Java, UI, DB technologies, Application Architecture, Deployment Architecture, Infrastructure sizing etc.

• Good Understanding on automation tools , tools involved in CICD Pipeline.
• Exposure to Cloud Computing Technologies/Platforms

• Orientation and ability to deal with diverse Business, IT and Government stakeholders
• Strong in programming and scripting, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. Should be Hands on as and when required.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, written and verbal communication
• Knowledge in Financial domain will be an added advantage
