Senior Technical Consultant (Civil) and Junior Technical Consultant

The eligibility, consultancy fee, scope of work/services and other terms & conditions are as under: -

1) Senior Technical Consultant (Civil) - 1 Nos.

Services required to be rendered by the consultant:

• Proficient in measurement and certification of work as per CPWD norms.
• Good knowledge of CPWD work manuals, DSR, CPWD specifications and GFR, GeM etc.
• Good knowledge of preparation of budgetary estimate and tendering process in Govt. Organization/PSU/Autonomous Bodies set up.
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD drawings and should be able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Candidate to assist Executive Engineer RCB in planning various maintenance constructional activities. Preparation of detailed estimate, tender document for new works as well as maintenance works and award of work..
• Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.
• Communicating with agencies engaged in construction work.
• Preparation of annual budget for repair and maintenance.
• Maintaining records and files of project and maintenance.
• Any other engineering and admin related work as assigned by Executive Engineer or Competent Authority.

Essential Qualification & Experience: -

• Full-time BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering with an aggregate of 60% marks from AICTE-UGC recognized University.
• Minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience in construction related projects.

2) Junior Technical Consultant

Services required to be rendered by the consultant:

• Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules, handling breakdown works, day-to-day complaints, execution of minor works, recording of works bills, etc.
• Hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical panels, DG sets, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and HVAC systems. The candidate must be well-versed in routine maintenance practices, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Good knowledge of CPWD work manuals, DSR, CPWD specifications and GFR, GeM etc.
• Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.
• Preparation of annual budget for repair and maintenance.
• Maintaining records and files of project and maintenance.
• Any other engineering and admin related work as assigned by Executive Engineer or Competent Authority.

Essential Qualification & Experience: -

• Full-time BE/B Tech or Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with an aggregate of 60% marks from recognized University.
• BE/BTech applicants should have a minimum of 03 years of post-qualification experience in a construction, operation and maintenance works. Diploma applicants should have 5 years of post-qualification experience in a Construction/Electrical/ Mechanical/HVAC operation and maintenance works.
