The openings we currently have are for Blue Company for the Hyderabad location, which is a part of Unison Globus but operates as a separate unit. It is a CPA firm ranked among the top 70 in the industry. Blue Company has partnered with Unison Globus to establish and expand its operations in India.

As part of this expansion, we have already opened a new branch in Gandhinagar and are now planning to open another branch in Hyderabad.

Position Overview

Unison Globus is looking for qualified and experienced Tax Seniors (Individual and/or Business Taxation) with 3 to 5+ years of experience in the preparation and review of Forms 1040, 1065, and 1120 for the Hyderabad location. This position is work from office only.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review all forms 1040, 1065, and 1120.
• Prepare tax returns and projections for complex, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, fiduciaries, and gift tax returns.
• Prepare federal and state quarterly estimated payments.
• Assist with tax audits.
• Review tax returns prepared by assigned tax staff and provide recommendations regarding accuracy, efficiency, and tax-saving opportunities.
• Function as the lead individual contributor on various tax projects as appropriate.
• Oversee, train, and coach tax associates and interns on assignments and assess their performance.
• Take on increasing levels of compliance responsibility in the review process.
• Research and consult with supervisors and senior team members on client-related tax matters.
• Communicate effectively with CPA client firms and build strong professional relationships.

Requirements

• CPA/EA and/or CA preferred (or in process)
• 3 to 5+ years of public tax accounting experience, preferably in a mid-size firm
• Must have experience working on CCH Axcess Tax Software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws – corporate, individual, trust, gift, and partnership taxation
• Responsive and client-focused approach
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
• Approaches work with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Highly motivated with strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
