Senior Tax Analyst/Executive

ArisGlobal is looking for a Senior tax analyst to join Global Tax Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Indian Statutory compliance, Indian tax compliance including both indirect and direct taxes and excellent communication skills, Independent, Pro-active and takes ownership.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Own, manage and co-ordinate direct tax compliance filing of India and foreign entities with the assistance from third party consultants
Manage multiple third-party service providers to complete global compliance, VAT compliance and various global consulting.
Plan and coordinate with financial audits for India required for 12/31 and 3/31. Own and manage the Local and international monthly closure activities of global consolidation (journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis)
Prepare and initiate foreign currency settlement of India inter-company receivable and support bank queries
STPI regulations: Preparation and filing of STPI returns and to monitor and liaise with India banks to close the Export Data Processing Management (EDPMS)
Manage ad-hoc projects as and when requested and create and update standard operating procedures (SOP)

Education

:

Inter (CA), MBA, MCOM

Skill set:

4 + years of work experience
Excellent communications skills
Independent and Proactive
Ability to take Ownership
Ability to communicate across multiple business functions
Flexibility in working with teams in various time zones
