About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary, creative, and business-minded Senior Talent Manager to join DreamBridge in a long-term leadership capacity.This role is a leader position — you will be working closely with Kanhaiya Raj (Actor, Comedian, Rapper & Entrepreneur) as his Personal Talent Manager, while also helping build and grow DreamBridge as a Senior Talent Manager.You’ll be the driving force behind managing partnerships, strategy, collaborations, brand building, and overall business growth — both for the company and Kanhaiya’s creator journey.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Talent Manager (DreamBridge):

• Build and execute business strategies for growth, partnerships, and revenue generation.
• Lead and scale DreamBridge’s operations, brand collaborations, and talent management division.
• Build relationships with brands, creators, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and long-term sustainability.
• Contribute to shaping the company’s vision, culture, and creative direction.
  

As Talent Manager (for Kanhaiya Raj):

• Strategically manage and grow Kanhaiya’s personal brand, content career, and business ventures.
• Handle communications, collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Develop growth strategies across social media, music, and entertainment verticals.
• Coordinate with teams for content production, PR, brand deals, and personal branding.
• Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all professional activities.
