Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant specializing in Digital Technology and Data, your role involves being a strategic partner and expert in technical talent acquisition. You will utilize a consultative and strategic approach to conduct complex full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier technical talent cost-effectively, thereby adding value to the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement innovative recruiting processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and an exceptional candidate experience, while also enhancing the organization's brand as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Technology recruiting strategies for Information Technology and digital skills by researching industry trends, best practices, labor market research, competitive intelligence, and utilizing recruiting tools and technology systems. - Provide full-cycle recruiting services for a specific technical segment, including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers. - Demonstrate a robust understanding of talent within the technology sector, with extensive experience in hiring and sourcing for leadership and niche roles. - Build trusted partnerships with Digital Technology & Data hiring leaders, focusing on relationship-driven collaboration to develop and execute sourcing strategies and candidate assessments. - Support the development and implementation of branding initiatives that position the organization as an employer of choice in the marketplace. - Create and execute recruiting networking and pipelining strategies, and develop and maintain internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process. - Ensure technical recruiting policies and processes comply with legal requirements and organizational standards. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with a strong emphasis on technical recruiting. - Typically reflects 5 or more years of experience in talent acquisition, including demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for complex and niche technical roles.,
