Major Responsibilities

Maintain a large hybrid Linux server infrastructure and manage the adaption process.
Regularly evaluate automation processes, and software
Keep up with state-of-the-art Linux features and work closely with IT security to enforce and monitor the company's privacy.
Automation of large scale and hybrid Linux environments
Maintain and support Container environments
Support in different migration and rollout projects
Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner
Work closely with customer to implement and/or consult requested solutions
Work closely with IT security to maintain and monitor the company's privacy

Skills and Competencies

Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
Excellent knowledge of Linux distributions (RedHat/Rocky/Debian/Ubuntu) and DevOps driven environment.
Understand complex Linux server infrastructure designs and potential issues.
Knowledge about basic core infrastructure services and protocols, including DNS, SMTP, DHCP, and NTP.
Demonstrated scripting/coding ability. Familiarity with Bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible, Github and other/similar (scripting/automation) DevOps tools is strongly recommended.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated infrastructure reports to management and other IT development partners.
Able to communicate in English Language (listening, writing, speaking).

Knowledge and Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
Certifications (Azure fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner , Red Hat Certified Engineer or higher)
