Key Responsibilities: - Design and oversee the technical architecture of ServiceNow solutions for clients, ensuring integration, performance, and scalability while coordinating technical teams and aligning with business goals and technical constraints. - Key responsibilities include: - Defining a robust and scalable technical architecture for ServiceNow solutions, including interfaces, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems. - Acting as a liaison between internal technical teams, suppliers, clients, and project management to ensure coherence and quality of architectural deliverables. - Providing strategic advice and expertise to decision-makers and project leaders on technical options, assessing feasibility, risks, impacts, and costs. - Overseeing the integration of ServiceNow solutions with existing systems, data migration, and interface management. - Collaborating closely with technical architects, client application owners, and project teams to ensure technological coherence and performance. - Ensuring reliable technical planning, anticipating risks, and proposing solutions to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Supporting pre-sales and innovation activities by designing tailored technical solutions, conducting demonstrations, prototypes, and Proof of Concepts (POC/POV). - Staying updated on ServiceNow platform, associated technologies, and architectural best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems architecture, with a strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform. - Proficiency in integration technologies (API REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and architectural concepts (microservices, security, performance). - Experience in technical project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL best practices. - Fluent professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for international contexts. - Preferred certifications include ServiceNow (CSA, CIS) and architecture (TOGAF).
