Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Syniti MDM Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management to lead enterprise-level data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Syniti MDM (formerly known as BackOffice Associates) , strong data governance understanding, and a successful track record of driving MDM implementations across large-scale environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Syniti MDM solutions for enterprise clients. Work with business and technical stakeholders to define data governance, data quality , and MDM strategies . Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data enrichment using Syniti tools. Integrate Syniti MDM with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce , etc. Develop and enforce master data standards, policies , and process frameworks . Provide leadership in data modeling , entity relationships, and hierarchy management . Manage data migration projects using Syniti Data Migration tools (formerly DSP). Support metadata management and data lineage for critical data domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, Material, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business adoption of MDM best practices. Troubleshoot performance and integration issues with Syniti MDM platform.
