Senior Support Engineer L2

As a Senior Support Engineer L2, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for managed services and mobile applications. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, along with at least 4 years of experience in L2 support, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in supporting both mobile and web applications. Your role will involve differentiating between application and platform issues, with a proven track record of effectively resolving them. Additionally, you will utilize your knowledge of IoT products and services, along with experience in AWS platform services such as Lambda, API Gateways, Kinesis, and Dynamo DB. In this position, you will demonstrate a customer-centric approach, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your commitment to high standards of performance, willingness to work in a 24x7 environment, and innovative mindset will be crucial for the success of IoT projects and continuous service improvement. As part of your responsibilities, you will respond to customer feedback on app stores and via email, categorize and prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
