Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Stylist, located in Thane. The Senior Stylist will be responsible for providing personalized hair and grooming services, including haircuts, hair coloring, and styling tailored to clients preferences. Additional responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing expert recommendations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation, staying up-to-date with current trends and techniques, and mentoring junior stylists to enhance their skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in hair styling, cutting, and hair coloring techniques
• Proficiency in identifying clients needs and providing appropriate consultations
• Knowledge in maintaining hygiene standards and workplace cleanliness
• Ability to mentor and train junior stylists effectively
• Strong time management and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Previous experience as a Senior Stylist or in a similar role (preferred)
• Certification or diploma in cosmetology, hair design, or related fields
