Role Summary:

The Senior Structural BIM Modeler leads the creation and management of advanced 3D structural models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This role ensures the integration of structural designs with architectural and MEP systems, enhancing project efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and management of detailed 3D structural models based on engineering designs and specifications.

- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and integration.

- Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution of design conflicts within the BIM environment.

- Generate high-quality construction documentation and drawings from BIM models.

- Implement and enforce BIM standards, processes, and best practices across projects.

- Perform quality assurance checks on models and documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior modelers and team members.

- Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and innovative modeling techniques.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with structural BIM software.

- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and building codes.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective leadership and communication abilities.

- Relevant degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or a related field.
