Job Description

As a Driver Experience & Engagement Manager at Uber, you will be a key player in the North Asia team dedicated to fueling the rapid growth of the e-hail adoption within the taxi industry. Your primary responsibility will be leading the Driver Experience and Engagement function to ensure Uber remains the platform of choice for driver-partners. Your role will involve developing tools and resources to help driver-partners optimize their time, creating programs to enhance community engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to amplify the voice of driver-partners, and identifying areas for improvement in the earner app experience. One of your crucial tasks will be to collaborate with the tech and product teams to address the top pain points faced by driver-partners and influence decision-making and prioritization within the tech community. You will be at the forefront of investing in driver-partners, making this role both critical and exciting for a passionate project manager with a strong focus on driver experience. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years of experience in senior stakeholder management, cross-functional project management, and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytical tools is essential to derive actionable insights from data. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking ability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be invaluable in building relationships with internal and cross-functional teams. You must be adept at managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability. Furthermore, your role will involve leading the driver incentives strategy, executing special projects to enhance the driver-partner experience, developing data-led insights, and creating community-building programs for driver-partners.
