Senior Staff Test Engineer

Job Description

Develop and debug characterization and production test programs for RFSoC ICs Wireless connectivity devices. Well Experienced in Multi-Site ATE hardware design in Ultra-Flex and Ultra Flex plus tester platform for Radio devices. Requires a solid understanding of process/design/test integration, including thorough circuit, ATE, and Design-for-Test (DFT) knowledge as well as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control(SPC). Resolve customer application problems and manage customer returns and RMA process and drive timely closure of customer issues. Create multiple new design test programs and make significant manufacturing improvements in existing products. Be responsible for completing the product performance and data sheet compliance matrix through all rounds of design optimization and customer product sampling. Provide test engineering expertise and troubleshooting support to both internal and external custo You are best equipped for this task if you have: 10+ years experience in ATE Test solution development. BE/ME Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science. Experience with developing Multi-site Teradyne Ultra Flex , Ultra FlexPlus and/or Advantest 93K test solutions desired. Experience in Digital, Analog and RF product test development. Experience in VB, C, C++, Java & automation scripting ( PERL, PYTHON , or MATLAB). Knowledge of Teradyne IGXL version 9 and 10+ preferred. Experience with electronic bench-test equipment - oscilloscopes , logic analyzers, pulse and signal generators, power supplies, DC source/measure. Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to identify manufacturing improvements, manage change, and implement solutions. The ability to organize and present project information and goals in a concise, clear manner Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment. Demonstrated high level of technical leadership, mentoring, and strong communication skill set
