Senior Staff Software Engineer

Your role as a Staff Engineer will involve the following responsibilities: - Defining the technical vision and direction for significant projects or platforms, shaping the company's technology strategy. - Leading the design and implementation of major software components, large-scale systems, and complex features, often involving cross-team collaboration. - Tackling the most challenging and complex technical problems, identifying and resolving issues that affect multiple projects or the entire engineering department. - Mentoring and coaching other engineers to help them develop their skills and advance their careers. - Acting as a force multiplier, improving the productivity and technical capabilities of engineers across teams and beyond your immediate scope. - Collaborating extensively with product managers, stakeholders, and other departments to align technical solutions with business requirements and deliver value. - Ensuring high standards of code quality and reliability by providing feedback, reviewing code, and advocating for best practices and architectural consistency. - Contributing to high-level decision-making and serving as a technical advisor to leadership, influencing the organization's technical trajectory.
