ATE Test Package ( HW/SW ) Development and Qualification In your new role you will: ATE Test Package ( HW/SW ) Development and Qualification New products release to production. Sustaining products support ( Yield improvement, Quality Fixes, TestTime reduction, Tester Platform conversion, etc ) Work with Design/Product/Yield engineers to understandDesign/Fab/Process issues and provide test solutions. Provide innovative Test solutions towards Test cost reduction. You are best equipped for this task if you have: More than 8+ years experience in ATE Testing of Analog/Mixed Signalproducts. Experience with 93K SMT8 test platforms preferred. Experience in DFT definition, Silicon bring up, Qualifying new productsrelease into production. Experience in yield analysis, Debug and Test Time Reduction techniques Possess Strong Debugging skills.
