Senior Staff Engineer, Associate Project Manager

Strong working experience in project management within a technical/software development environment. Proven track record of managing complex software projects through the full SDLC. Strong technical background; able to understand and contribute to architecture/design discussions. Strong working experience in Banking domain. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project methodologies. Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, MS Project, etc.). Ability to manage distributed/global teams and vendors. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the team in pre-sales activities related to Agile, including preparing and writing proposals and creating artifacts. Drive consulting revenue through existing and new accounts. Leverage consulting opportunities to drive downstream revenues for the client. Create and present case studies to potential clients. Regularly interact, train, and coach C-level executives at the clients end. Manage and track KPIs and metrics across Portfolio, Program, and Team levels. Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the project. Identify project/service stakeholders early and work with them to ensure deliverables align with business case benefits. Plan, organize, and monitor projects to deliver high-quality business solutions.
