Senior Staff Clinical Consultant

Role Overview: As a Consultant at Oracle, you will be responsible for driving clients through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. You will manage ongoing relationships with clients, provide account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. By utilizing Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, you will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and be accountable for achieving the projects targeted outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Oracle client Clinical leadership to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client performance and satisfaction through optimization activities and strategic initiatives during client project engagements. - Collaborate with development teams to design and position innovative solutions in the marketplace. - Lead solution design for existing and prospective external customer engagements. - Identify areas for new solution offerings and analyze external customer needs. - Influence external customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of deals. - Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. - Ensure high quality and integrated solutions by leading the domain-specific solution design aspects of engagement(s).
