RESPONSIBILITIES

• Core Accounting & Reporting
• Maintain accurate general ledger and update detailed reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow analysis & variance reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial reporting
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities
• Assist in year-end closing, audit preparation & tax documentation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Oversight

• Manage and review AP/AR cycles including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and cash receipts
• Oversee aging reports, collection follow-ups, and vendor account reconciliations
• Maintain strong documentation, internal controls, and audit trails

Real Estate Accounting (Mandatory Exposure)

• Handle accounting for residential/commercial properties
• Support entries related to property operations, leases, expenses, and revenue
• Exposure to AMSI / Entrata or similar property management software (preferred)

Additional Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports, cost reports, and special analysis as required
• Coordinate with internal teams and US-based management in a professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation
• Support insurance, risk, and compliance-related tasks when needed
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll allocations, billing, and transaction posting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance (Masters or CPA preferred)

• 5+ years of accounting experience preferred

• Minimum 1+ years Real Estate Accounting experience (Mandatory)

• Hands-on QuickBooks experience (5+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of

  GAAP, financial statements, month-end close, and reconciliations

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; ability to analyze financial reports
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable working the

  US EST shift
