Job Description

Job Title: SSIS SSRS Support Lead

Experience

Location

Shift

Key Reseponsibility:

Lead a support team for SSIS/SSRS operations
Monitor and manage batch jobs and SQL jobs
Troubleshoot and resolve user queries and technical issues
Create, modify, and optimize SSIS packages and SQL queries
Develop and maintain automated data ingestion processes
Work closely with product teams to address complex bugs
Ensure adherence to SLAs and improve service delivery
Support and enhance reporting using SSRS and SQL Server
Conduct data quality checks and resolve data issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years in database/application development and support
Strong SQL skills and SSIS package development experience
Hands-on with SSRS, MS SQL Server, and data modeling
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

Required Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and work independently
Strong analytical mindset
