Role Overview: You will be a Test Engineer in a product-focused environment at CTeBS, a leading software solution provider to the apparel manufacturing industry. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of complex software applications by developing a product-centric approach to testing. Leveraging design thinking, you will create test strategies that prioritize usability, performance, and reliability to deliver maximum value to users. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test cases with at least 95% coverage, aligned with product goals and feature requirements. - Gain and maintain in-depth product knowledge to anticipate user needs and challenges. - Track, log, and resolve defects with a resolution rate of 90% within 2 weeks. - Conduct API and performance testing on product components for seamless functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to resolve critical issues within 48 hours. - Document test results with 95% or higher test coverage for all new feature releases. - Possess basic knowledge of integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, leading automation, and ensuring high-quality software through scalable testing solutions. - Have a strong understanding of non-functional testing and its process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field. - 5+ years of experience. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product insights clearly. - Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, product-focused approach. - Accountability and urgency in resolving issues with a customer-first mindset. - Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic, product-driven environment. - Possess a design thinking mindset to empathize with users and think holistically about product improvement. - Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB or Certified Automation Tester, will be a plus.,
