Senior Specialist, Planning

As the S&OP Productivity Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving cost savings and optimizing the supply network through the utilization of data analytics and reporting. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with S&OP Director & Regional Leaders to achieve performance metrics/kpi and identify improvement opportunities. - Co-developing, monitoring, and taking action on supply chain key performance indicators. - Directing and leading opportunity investigations, analysis, solution development & strategy support. - Leading the execution of projects aimed at productivity improvements. - Co-developing, monitoring, and taking action on key performance indicators. You will also be expected to work closely with key relationships & stakeholders such as S&OP Directors, Regional S&OP Leaders, Logistics Procurement, Logistics, CX-OPEx, and FP&A. Qualifications required for this role include: - University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields. - 5-7 years of combined S&OP experience in Supply, Demand, Inventory, Network, Raw Material, or deployment planning. - Strong data management skills/experience. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving experiences. - Proficiency with analytical tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, Power Apps, Alteryx. - SAP experience. - Project management experience. - Ability to collaborate and build productive internal & external working relationships. - Fluency in written and spoken English. - Flexibility to work late when needed. - Willingness to accept assignments as per business requirements.
