Job Description

As a Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations at Mastercard, you will be part of the Global B2B Marketing Technology team, focusing on scaling the lead generation function through technology and operational excellence within the MarOps domain. Your role will involve leading and strategizing end-to-end SFMC implementations, providing guidance to lead gen teams, stakeholders, and delivering scalable solutions to drive marketing success across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SFMC implementation projects from discovery through go live, delivering solutioning for Lead Gen Projects and setting up initial use cases end-to-end. - Design customer journeys, data integration strategies, and domain/IP warm-up strategies, translating business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions. - Design and implement complex, multi-channel customer journeys leveraging Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and advanced exit criteria, optimizing campaigns for personalization and scalability. - Own timelines, scope, tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs during project phases, acting as a bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders. - Provide solutioning expertise with SQL, AMPscript, and working knowledge of SSJS, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript, reviewing and guiding development efforts to align with best practices. - Consult clients on audience segmentation, KPIs, campaign optimization, and marketing strategy execution, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement through SFMC. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree (MBA preferred) in marketing, business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in marketing operations/automation with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Intelligence Reports. - Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Cvent and Zoom/ON24. - Experience designing ABM campaigns in 6sense/ Demandbase. - Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, and SQL. - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and make recommendations. - Self-driven, curious, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. - Willingness to work EMEA hours (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST). In addition to the above, as a Mastercard employee, you will be responsible for information security by abiding by Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, reporting any suspected information security violation or breach, and completing all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.,
