Job Description

You will be joining the Content Design team as a Senior Specialist at Mastercard's Foundry, working within the Customer Experience and Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content strategies for digital experiences, writing UI copy, and creating documentation to showcase your work. You will also play a key role in contributing to Mastercard's CX&D community. - Serve as the sole content design member on a multi-disciplinary team - Develop content strategies for digital experiences by using research and testing to make informed decisions - Write consistent, concise, and accessible UI copy - Scope work appropriately and demonstrate a strong understanding of best practices in content strategy and UX writing - Develop documentation to assist customers in successfully implementing products - Actively contribute to Mastercard's CX&D community - Demonstrated expertise in managing content design workflows using best-practice methods - Ability to independently drive work forward, set expectations, communicate effectively, manage approvals, and influence stakeholders - Excellent writing and communication skills with a focus on storytelling - Ability to set clear objectives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to influence strategic direction and work with cross-functional stakeholders All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization.
