Job Description

As a Senior Specialist, Content Design at Mastercard, you will be an integral part of the Customer Experience and Design team, specifically working in the Content Design team as part of Mastercard's Foundry. Your role involves contributing to B2B2C products that enable Mastercard to provide innovative solutions for its customers. Your main responsibilities will include serving as the sole content design expert on a multi-disciplinary team, developing content strategies for digital experiences based on research and testing, and creating documentation to showcase your work. You will be tasked with crafting consistent, concise, and accessible UI copy, as well as ensuring that your work aligns with best practices in content strategy and UX writing. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing documentation to assist customers in implementing products successfully and actively participating in Mastercard's CX&D community. The ideal candidate for this role should possess demonstrated expertise in managing content design workflows using best-practice methods, ability to drive work forward proactively and independently, excellent writing and communication skills, and the capacity to set clear objectives and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to influence strategic direction and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders effectively. Moreover, as part of Mastercard's commitment to information security, it is expected that you adhere to the organization's security policies and practices, maintain confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings as required.
