Senior Sourcer (Level 1)

As a Sourcer with 3-9 years of experience in IT and Non-IT sourcing, your role is crucial in partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop effective relationships. By understanding client requirements, leveraging data and market analysis, and employing various tools, you will create bespoke sourcing strategies to identify top talent. You will also serve as a brand ambassador, engaging with candidates to ensure they are qualified and interested before presenting them to the Hiring Manager. Reporting to the Sourcing Team Leader/Player Coach, you will act as a Trusted Adviser, working closely with Recruiters to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. Your expertise in recruitment discussions, stakeholder management, and talent intelligence will be key in delivering high-quality candidate shortlists and making informed hiring decisions.
