Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Solutions Engineer at the company, you will collaborate closely with the global Solutions Consulting team to design and deliver innovative solutions showcasing the capabilities of the Sprinklr platform. Your role will involve becoming an expert on the Sprinklr platform, supporting pre-sales activities, and contributing to internal solution development efforts. Your work will directly impact sales success by creating compelling product demonstrations, customized proposals, and internal tools to enhance global presales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Solutions Consultants globally to understand customer goals and pain points. - Design and build tailored Sprinklr demonstrations to highlight platform value and drive sales conversations. - Create engaging customer insights content to support pipeline generation and customer value realization. - Support the proposal development process by aligning Sprinklr's capabilities with client objectives. - Become a subject matter expert on the Sprinklr platform and a go-to resource for solution engineering. - Identify opportunities to automate and scale demo assets, tools, and workflows across the team. - Lead and contribute to internal tools and initiatives enhancing Solutions Consulting productivity. - Continuously enhance technical acumen and presentation skills for delivering high-quality customer engagements. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or consulting role. - Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, customer service, digital advertising, or research. - Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling stories. - Basic technical understanding of cloud platforms or web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS) is a plus. - Prior experience working with enterprise SaaS solutions is preferred.
