What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

In this role, you will guide stakeholders in developing business cases, prioritizing features, and defining scope for quarterly or release plans. You will stay informed about portfolio initiatives to identify synergies and opportunities while conducting thorough analysis of business processes and systems to highlight areas for improvement. A key part of your responsibilities will be assessing and evaluating existing solutions for compatibility with evolving business needs and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions are both technically feasible and sustainable. You will analyze and interpret data to generate insights that inform decision-making and contribute to solution designs by ensuring requirement alignment and the implementation of effective data models and structures. Additionally, you will lead discussions with cross-functional teamsincluding Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX, Architects, and Delivery Managersto clarify requirements and ensure alignment. Defining acceptance criteria, working with QA teams to validate solutions, and participating in testing, defect troubleshooting, and resolution will also be part of your role to ensure defect-free delivery.
