Senior Solutions Analyst

About You

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst or a similar role.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments, JIRA and Confluence
• You enjoy uncovering and solving complex business problems.
• You have a solid technical foundation and are curious about new technologies.
• Youre adaptable and confident navigating ambiguity, evaluating trade-offs, and making recommendations that drive clarity and progress..
• You have experience translating business requirements and designs into Acceptance Criteria to guide engineering work and testing.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with content, metadata, XML schemas, or transformations
• Working knowledge of Content Management Systems
• Background in User Experience Design, process engineering, project coordination, or technical writing
• Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

What will you do in this role?

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand goals, uncover pain points, and inform product decisions.
• Own and manage the product backlog, leading refinement sessions and prioritization discussions to ensure alignment with business goals and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and clear, testable acceptance criteria that guide development and quality assurance.
• Create and maintain Agile-oriented artifacts such as specifications, process flows, data models, and wireframes to support delivery.
• Participate in planning activities across multiple time horizons (annual, quarterly, sprint) and contribute to work breakdown and prioritization.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to clarify requirements, align on solutions, and support successful delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
• Support user documentation, communications, training, and testing to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
• Represent your development team in cross-functional initiatives, identifying dependencies and opportunities for alignment across the portfolio.
