Job Description

As a Solution Sales Executive (SSE) at SAP, you will partner with the end-to-end account owner to drive solution-specific sales motions, leveraging your Finance and Procurement domain expertise to address customer business challenges and expand the customers" SAP footprint for long-term success. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating demand, managing pipeline, and closing opportunities - Developing territory and opportunity plans with compelling solution value propositions - Conducting White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities - Collaborating with the wider account team on sales campaigns - Managing customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level - Progressing opportunities for moving to the cloud/expanding footprint accounts - Utilizing deep knowledge of business operations, models, strategies, and end-to-end processes - Staying informed about SAP's competition and value proposition - Building customer participation in relevant SAP communities, programs, and events - Facilitating collaboration with the partner ecosystem Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven track record in business application software sales with quota overachievement - 8+ years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions - Deep understanding of the solution and solution innovations - Broad knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio and enabling business processes - Established relationships with account teams - Success with multi-solution transactions and challenging sales pursuits - Contractual and negotiation skills - Experience in driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription license-based solutions About SAP: SAP is a global leader in end-to-end business application software and related services, with a focus on helping customers work together more efficiently and use business insights effectively.
