About the Role: We are seeking mid-caliber, hands-on Senior Solution Engineers with strong development and operations experience to join our growing support team. These roles are critical in safeguarding the quality and continuity of our support services as we scale rapidly. Working within the UK time zone, youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, optimize cloud-based environments, and support key business applications and integrations. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role suited for solution-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues across AWS, GCP, Azure, Salesforce, and MuleSoft environments. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to maintain system uptime, application stability, and performance. Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve support escalations to meet SLAs and improve customer satisfaction. Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and documentation. Contribute to the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable cloud-based solutions. Serve as a technical liaison between support, engineering, and client teams. Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and infrastructure as code (IaC) where applicable. Drive root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring problems. Key Requirements: Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in a technical support or solution engineering role. Strong working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, and Salesforce platforms. Practical experience with MuleSoft and systems integration. Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices. Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript). Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team. Comfortable working in or aligned to the UK timezone. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer. Azure Solutions Architect, MuleSoft Certified Developer). Experience supporting enterprise-grade SaaS products. Exposure to ITIL practices or similar support frameworks.
