As a Process Innovator and Strategic Thinker at WebEngage, your role is not that of a standard pre-sales executive, but rather a key player in leading the change in the traditional Solution Consultant role. Your critical thinking skills will be put to the test as you analyze questions to uncover the 'why' and 'ROI' behind them. Working smarter is a key aspect of your responsibilities, leveraging cutting-edge AI and productivity tools to accomplish tasks efficiently. Building value is crucial, moving beyond standard presentations to develop solution frameworks and economic models. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Solutioning & Value Engineering: Master the WebEngage suite, particularly our AI-powered features, to effectively communicate our capabilities to C-level stakeholders. - Architecture & Frameworks: Create visual diagrams to illustrate how WebEngage integrates into complex enterprise systems. - ROI & Economic Modeling: Develop ROI calculators and value-assessment models to showcase the economic impact of our solutions. Innovation & Efficiency (The "AI-First" Workflow): - Modernize Workflow: Utilize Generative AI and modern tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity. - Reimagine Deliverables: Lead the evolution of response documents to stand out to buyers. - Benchmarking & Insights: Analyze deployments to identify patterns and create best practice playbooks. Collaboration & Market Intelligence: - Sales Partnership: Collaborate with Partner Managers and Sales Executives to execute engagements. - Bridge the Gap: Provide feedback to Product Management on emerging market opportunities. Requirements: - 2 to 5 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting. - Critical Thinking: Ability to deconstruct challenges and present elegant solutions. - Tool-First Efficiency: Proficiency in adopting new tools. Technical & Soft Skills: - Consultative Selling: Ability to understand client challenges and articulate value effectively. - Architecture Fluency: Understanding of enterprise software architecture and data flows. - Communication Style: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a preference for visual communication.
