Senior Solution Architect

As an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining the AEM solution architecture for multiple portals and integrations. Your responsibilities will include designing high-level architecture diagrams, workflows, and deployment models while ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization at the architectural level. Furthermore, you will be tasked with establishing coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines for AEM solutions. Conducting architecture and design reviews across projects and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory guidelines will also fall under your purview. In addition to your governance responsibilities, you will provide technical leadership by offering thought leadership and guidance to development teams. Mentoring senior developers, leading technical workshops, and evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into the AEM ecosystem will be essential to your role. Your expertise will be utilized to define caching strategies, dispatcher configurations, and performance tuning guidelines. You will also be involved in defining deployment architecture and pipeline strategy using tools like Git and Jenkins, ensuring smooth release management and automated testing compliance. To excel in this role, you are expected to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager, with at least 3 years in an architect role. Proficiency in Java/J2EE, OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR (Jackrabbit Oak) is essential. A strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Dispatcher, replication agents, and workflows, along with hands-on experience in technologies like HTL (Sightly), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is required. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, system integration, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins) will be advantageous. Your problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills will be critical in driving successful outcomes in this dynamic and challenging role.,
